Ryan Miller didn't start behind a desk — he started in the field. Over two decades, he's walked acreage, negotiated leases face-to-face, and untangled title issues that desk-bound research alone can't solve. That hands-on foundation is what Miller Land Services is built on.
Rather than growing into a large firm with layers of associates, Ryan chose to stay independent — taking on every engagement personally so clients always get senior-level expertise, not a hand-off to someone junior. It's a model built for trust, consistency, and direct accountability.

Ryan began his landman career working leasing and title projects across Texas, developing the field instincts and attention to detail that still define his work today.
Expanding Into Title Curative & Due Diligence
As his reputation grew, Ryan took on more complex assignments — resolving title defects, preparing drillsite run sheets, and supporting acquisition and divestiture due diligence for operators and investors.
Joining AAPL, PBLA & FWAPL
Active membership in the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Permian Basin Landman's Association, and the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen kept Ryan current on evolving industry standards and ethics.
Founding Miller Land Services
Rather than join a large firm, Ryan launched Miller Land Services — an independent consultancy built around direct, personal service for mineral owners, operators, landowners, and investors.
